Becoming A New Customer
Long's Tri-County Gas has been family owned and operated since 1951. Let us offer you the convenience and peace of mind your family deserves. Joining the Long's family of customers is easy and worry free. If you are interested in becoming one the thousands of satisfied customers, please follow some or all of the following steps;

Step 1: Call one of our two local offices to speak with a friendly qualified representative to answer all of your questions and provide you with information on our new customer specials. Please refer to Contact Us for telephone numbers.

Step 2: We will determine your propane service needs.
Our customers fall into one of the following categories:

Switching Suppliers
If you are switching from another propane supplier to Long's, we can either install a new tank in the same location or a more desireable location. We will then perform a gas safety check, with only a temporary interruption in your propane service.

Existing Long's Tank at Your Location
If you currently have a Long's propane tank at your location, we will schedule an appointment to perform a gas safety check and activate your service. We will then deliver your propane shortly thereafter.

Servicing a tank owned by you
After providing Long's with proof of purchase for your propane tank, we will perform a safety inspection of the equipment and then we will be able deliver your propane.

New Construction
We will come out to your new home for an on-site inspection to determine the best possible location for your gas line and your tank. Taking in account both appearance and serviceability.

Step 3: Sign Paperwork
Stop in to one of our local offices and we will walk you through it step by step, making this as convenient as possible.
