At Long’s Tri-County Gas, our business operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, compliments of our on-call emergency service.

For other propane companies, especially national suppliers, it's a 9 to 5 job. In case of emergency or low fuel, you might call a number that rings hundreds of miles away. Also, you'll probably have to leave a message on an answering machine and wait for a response.

We think our customers deserve better service than that! Simply call the pager number of the driver who is on call, and they will promptly return your page. You will then be talking to a real person, not an answering machine or automated telephone system. We are always there for you when it's absolutely necessary for your comfort and peace of mind!
